Please read carefully. These GC apply to all orders, whether placed through the online store, by phone, or in writing.

Ordering from our Online Store
Orders in our e-boutique are reserved for consumers. In the case of orders from entrepreneurs or legal entities, we reserve the right to refuse the order(s) and orders intended for the resale of our products through an unauthorized distribution channel.
Prices are displayed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and do not include delivery charges. Les Cerisiers en Fleurs reserve the right to modify prices. The prices applied are those displayed at the time of the order. Prices may change. Therefore, consumers are advised to pay attention to prices in their cart.
The Consumer is invited to select items to put in their shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" button. The products in the cart are not reserved until the order is confirmed.
By clicking on the cart icon, the Consumer is invited to review their cart at any time and correct it before confirming the order. In the cart, the consumer can also get an overview of the cart amount and delivery charges.
After verifying the cart, the consumer can initiate the finalization of the ordering process. The consumer must enter and verify the necessary information such as name, first name, delivery, and billing address, which can be pre-recorded if the consumer has a customer account, or fill in the information as a guest. They can validate the cart by then proceeding to payment and making the payment by choosing the payment method and entering the required information. After confirming the payment, the consumer receives an order confirmation email with an order number. By placing the order, the consumer undertakes to accept the GC.
Commercial clients are invited to contact us by email at info@les-cerisiers-en-fleurs.ch and not use the website for their order.
By providing the required information for the order, the consumer then undertakes to provide accurate information and keep it up to date if they create a customer account. Les Cerisiers en Fleurs assume no responsibility for the information provided.
If we observe suspicious ordering behavior, such as non-compliance with our GC, inappropriate use of our promotions, or suspicious transactions, Les Cerisiers en Fleurs reserve the right to conduct an investigation and invoke sanctions provided by Swiss law. The company also reserves the right to block accounts, transactions, or orders during the investigation period.
Availability of Our Products
The product offering depends on stock availability. If a product is not available due to our oversight and an order has been placed, Les Cerisiers en Fleurs will inform the consumer of the shortage as soon as possible by phone or email. According to declared delivery times, the consumer has the right to maintain their order or cancel it. In case of cancellation due to unavailability, the amount corresponding to the unavailable product(s) will be credited to the consumer's bank account.
Right to Cancel an Order
Once the order is confirmed and paid, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Les Cerisiers en Fleurs reserve the right to refuse to honor an order in the event of a dispute or suspicions as mentioned in section 4.4.
Customers have a revocation right within 14 days after signing the order or validating the order on the website. In this case, the customer must notify it in writing. Additionally, the merchandise must be returned and received by Les Cerisiers en Fleurs in an intact condition. Otherwise, the order will not be credited or only partially credited depending on the condition of the items. In case of damage during the return transport, Les Cerisiers en Fleurs have no liability.
Payment
Payment for the order is made at the time of validating the order. There are various possible methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and Twint. Payments are made through Worldline. In the case of credit card payment, the Consumer must enter the cardholder's identity, credit card number, expiration date, and CVX code.
Delivery & Receipt
Deliveries
Les Cerisiers en Fleurs reserve the right to send the order upon full payment by the consumer.
Delivery of orders is subcontracted to La Poste. All deliveries are made against signature. Dates and delivery times are provided for informational purposes and are non-binding. We draw attention that during the Christmas period, delivery times may be longer due to high demand. Deliveries are not insured, and it is advisable to check the condition of the delivery in front of the deliverer. Les Cerisiers en Fleurs decline all responsibilities in case of damage during transport.
If a delivery is not collected within the deadlines set by the subcontractor, La Poste, the order will be returned to Les Cerisiers en Fleurs. The sales contract remains binding, even if the order has been returned (wrong address or uncollected parcel). A new delivery of these parcels returned to the sender will be charged a fee of 30 CHF.
Product Reception
Upon delivery of the order, the consumer is requested to verify the conformity of the order. In case of an error, the consumer has 10 days to notify Les Cerisiers en Fleurs using the form. Beyond this period, the claim will be considered inadmissible.

All intellectual property rights related to our trademark, including but not limited to the company name, logo, domain name, and any other distinctive element associated with our business (collectively referred to as the "Trademark"), are the exclusive property of Les Cerisiers en Fleurs La Maison des Parfums Sàrl.
